I work as a consultant for one of the big 5 firms implementing SAP applications. What is the job code referenced for this job? I want to know the job category it falls under as per the Dictionary of Occupation Title or the O*Net published by DOL. My company did not provide me this information but any help will be greatly appreciated.

We(My wife and I) recently (July 2009) got our FPs done. immediately after that our cases got transferred from TSC to VSC.
PD: Feb 14, 2005.
I thought VSC is not processing any I-485 applications. Is anyone else in the same status ?
Also, I have to apply for EAD and AP.. Do I apply in TSC or VSC ?:confused:

Initially filed at TSC--->Transferred to VSC then back to TSC and then again to Nebraska and today they transferred to a USCIS office(i guess it means to a local office, Now I am guessing they might ask me to appear in-person at their local office.)..very strange. as u can see I am in EB3 and my 140 is also not approved...

Few more days to go now. In fact its already over. No More time to prepare
I140 application and send by July 16th.
Yes they should have stopped long back with perm introduction as it was no longer needed after perm.
We cant prove they are selling it.
P.S: I am totally against law breaking Indian Consultancy companies, and urge every employee to sue them for arny law they break.

One SHOULD do change of address as under.
1) Fill AR-11 online
2) Mail AR-11 (Delivery Signature proof)
3) Call USCIS for change of address
4) Within a week take Infopass appointment to verify whether address is
changed or not.

I agree with PCS. We should keep this as a volunteer organisation and send email newsletter,word of the mouth etc, for fundraising. I am not sure if we should impose a membership fee as this is a volunteer org and also people who want to donate money would do it anyways. Just my thought:D

irrational - Sorry to say this is little bit unlucky case. This happened to me also. My case got transferred to VSC from TSC in July 2009 and from then it is sitting there with no progress. Taken info pass but no use. (Yet to think about the next steps!).

-My Employer A filed my green card labor in March 2005 and got approved (so my PD is 03/2005)
-I485 pending for more than 2 years (so I am beyond 180 days limit)
-I140 is approved.
-I have been working with them (Employer A) till Jan, 2010 (3 years on H1B and 1 year on EAD)
Now I am getting a good offer with senior role plus pay (30% more) from Employer B and I would like to take it.
1) If my Employer A continued to process my GC and confirmed that they will support till I get my GC. Do I still need to use the AC21 portability to work for the new Employer B?
2) Or should be a safer side to use the AC21?

If Priority date is usable even though I-140 revoked by the employer......this looks fantastic option to join new job where we can get Eb2 process.

What happens if i moved twice without informing of address change. Will it still be ok to do it now. I am on H1B with i140 approved. I think I have the address that they have on file.
